Consignment

Interested in selling your musical instruments or gear?  We offer two different ways to sell your gear.  If you are looking for quick cash, our buying policy is to purchase instruments for roughly 50% of what we can sell them for. However, we also offer consignment.  When you consign an item at Richard's, we will put it out for sale in our store, but you will retain ownership of it until it sells.  We charge a commission of 20% of the selling price of the item.  That means that in the end you retain 80%.  Consignment pays off for those who are patient.

We also can sell items on consignment through ebay.  Commission for ebay consignments is 25% of the sale price plus listing fees.
